purpose. The Myers-Briggs is a reliable tool to help understand personal natural
preferences as well as understand the natural preferences of others. The Myers-Briggs
is applicable to making career choices, improving relationships, increasing sales,
enhancing management skills and team building.

True Colors
A simplified tool that uses colors to identify personality type and associated
characteristics. This is sometimes easily used for groups and individuals and is applied
in similar ways to the Myers-Briggs.

A reliable inventory that measures occupational interests and also suggests
